Questions

Frequently asked

How many permits can be processed at once?

There is no practical limit on the Corvane side. Larger intakes are grouped so document collection and submission stay organised per employee.

What causes delays?

The most common cause is an incomplete employee file — most often a missing medical certificate or a passport with insufficient validity. Internal review before submission is designed to catch these.

What happens if additional information is requested?

The application moves to an Additional Information Required stage, a follow-up task is created automatically, and you can see the status in your portal.
